Successful banks recognise that customer demands change according to their position on their lifecycle. Recognising which products a customer needs, how much they will pay for that product and how flexible that product needs to be is crucial for the long term survival of any bank.

Mr. R. Seetharaman has managed to steer one of the Gulf's most successful banks through exciting and turbulent times. This keynote address will share some of his accumulated wisdom with the audience.

Mr. Seetharaman has more than two decades of experience in banking, information technology and consultancy. He is a professional chartered accountant with additional multiple qualifications such as cost accountant and certifications in Corporate Management and IT Systems, in addition to being a Gold Medalist during Graduation.

Mr. R. Seetharaman has been adjudged as the "Banker of the Year" at the 2007 Banker Middle East Industry awards in recognition of his valuable contributions to the Banking industry in the Middle East, held in May 2007. Mr. R. Seetharaman was earlier conferred the "Arab Asian Banker Excellence Award - 2006" at the Annual Arab Asian Forum in Singapore during September 2006.
